Refund Policy
Effective August 26, 2026
Billing & merchant of record
All Prezdo subscriptions are billed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles the checkout, charges your card, issues receipts, and processes refunds on our behalf — your statement will show a charge from Paddle, not from Prezdo directly.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for, then your workspace reverts to the free plan. We don't prorate or refund the unused portion of a period for a voluntary downgrade or cancellation — see the exceptions below.
Refund eligibility
We'll issue a full refund if:
- You were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate charge, or a charge after you'd already cancelled)
- You request a refund within 14 days of a first-time subscription charge and haven't made substantial use of the plan's paid features
- A renewal charge failed to deliver the service — for example, a plan feature you paid for was broken or unavailable for an extended period
Outside of these cases — including simply changing your mind after using a paid plan, or forgetting to cancel before a renewal — refunds are issued at our discretion, considered case by case.
Upgrades & downgrades
Changing plans mid-cycle is prorated automatically at checkout — you're charged or credited the difference for the remainder of the current billing period, you're not charged the full price of the new plan again.
How to request a refund
Email hello@prezdo.com with your workspace name and the transaction date, or use Paddle's own support channel from your receipt email. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
